Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
Free to you, start to finish
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
You are connected to a local independent contractor
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and Kentucky require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Louisville. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
Not the right contractor? Call again
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
What this page does not promise
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
